Learn
eCoachBowls has the following philosophy on performance skills.
The performance skills at the base of the pyramid provide the foundation and must be leant before the ones at a higher level become relevant and significant. i.e. Fitness is an irrelevant performance skill if the player is not competent with the Basic skills.
